What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship through Czech Post.
If you’re from Brno then we can individually agree on time and place and we’ll bring it to you.

How long does shipping take?

After recieving your payment, we’ll ship your product the next day. Normally it takes within 5 working days for you to get your item from Czech Post.

ORDER & RETURNS

I have changed my mind. Can I cancel order?

If we haven’t sent the item yet then sure, you can!
But if it’s already on the way to you then you’ll have to pay for the extra shipping fee for the way back and we’ll return you the cost of the item, but not the shipping fee.

Do I get a refund?

You can get a refund without any reason within 14 days after purchasing the item. The amount of refund is the price of the product, shipping fees not included.

What should I do if I want to return the item I bought? (within 14 days)

1) Download the return form and print it
2) Fill in all information
3) The goods you return including the form and send it to: Hoang Long Tran, Popelova 32a, Brno, 620 00, Czech Republic, or call us to meet up personally

As soon as the goods reach us, we will contact you immediately by email. We will inspect the goods and if there are no signs of wear, we will follow the information on the form. The amount will be sent to the account specified in the form. If you paid via GoPay payment gateway, you will be refunded using this gateway.

What should I do if I want to change the item I bought? (within 14 days)

1) Make an order for the matching goods
2) Download the return form and print it
3) Fill in all information
4) The goods you return including the form and send it to: Hoang Long Tran, Popelova 32a, Brno, 620 00, Czech Republic, or call us to meet up personally
5) We will process the new order independently of the original order

RECLAMATION

The warranty period is set by law for 24 months.
The customer is obliged to make a claim immediately after the defect has arisen.

My item is broken. I need reclamation. What should I do?

1) Download the claim form and print it out
2) Fill in all information, do not forget the description of the defect and the way you want to handle the complaint
3) Attach a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) to the form
4) Send the goods to us: Hoang Long Tran, Popelova 32a, Brno, 620 00, Czech Republic

It should also include the choice of settlement of the buyer’s claim under the law, otherwise the claim will be considered invalid.

We will consider the complaint in accordance with the instructions specified by the manufacturer of the goods or their representative, respectively. We will send such goods to the manufacturer for comment and processing.

What are the cost?

The costs associated with sending the claimed goods to us are covered by you.
In case of a positive claim settlement, the repaired or replaced goods are sent back to us at our expense.

How long does the reclamation take?

The maximum time for settling a complaint is set by law for 30 days, but we try to speed up everything.

What’s not related with reclamation?

Claims from liability for defects and from warranty (complaints) do not apply to defects caused by improper use and wear inadequately.
Nor is the defect acknowledged due to unprofessional intervention, especially unprofessional repair.
